How to find the address?
After you're hired or matched with a caregiving assignment, we’ll send the full address of your client or facility via email and SMS. The message will include GPS directions, nearby landmarks, and information on parking or public transit. You'll also receive contact details for your supervisor or the family you’ll be working with. If you have trouble finding the location, our support team is available to guide you by phone. We make sure you feel prepared, safe, and confident before your first day on the job.
What are the requirements?
To work as a caregiver, you should have a valid ID, a clean background check, and a compassionate attitude. Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required for many positions. You must be physically capable of assisting others, communicating clearly in English, and showing respect and patience with clients. Some jobs may require CPR certification or basic training — if you don’t have that, we can help you get certified. We are looking for responsible and kind individuals who truly care.
